Frequently asked questions

I have forgotten my password, the email to reset my password arrives late. What can I do?

Unfortunately we have only limited influence on how fast the emails are delivered to you.
Therefore, we recommend that you check in advance whether you still know the access data to your account for special sales promotions such as limited releases or ticket pre-sales.

I have ordered a Print@Home ticket. What is that?

A Print@Home Ticket is a digital ticket that you can print out yourself and that entitles you to admission to the concert in question.

How do I get my Print@Home ticket?

The Print@Home Ticket will be sent to you by e-mail after receipt of payment. You can also download it from your customer account.
Please personalize your ticket in your customer account before printing.

Ticket personalization. What is it?

To prevent tickets from being sold to you at inflated prices by dubious third-party vendors, Print@Home tickets are personalized.
This means that each ticket must be personalized with the name of the ticket holder.
At admission, the name on the ticket will be checked against a photo ID (ID card, passport).
Please personalize your ticket in your customer account before printing.

What is the QR code on my ticket for?

The QR code is scanned at the entrance to the concert and allows you access (in conjunction with your name on the ticket and an ID). Each code can only be scanned once. Please make sure that the code on your printed ticket remains legible/scannable until the entrance.

Do I have to personalize my print tickets immediately after payment allocation?

No, you can personalize your tickets until three days before the concert. We recommend to wait with the personalization until a few days before the concert to avoid unnecessary changes.

Can my name be on all purchased tickets if we come to the concert together?

Each visitor needs his own ticket, personalized in his name, and a valid ID for admission.

Can already personalized tickets be changed?

You can change the personalization until three days before the concert. With each name change, the previous QR code will be invalidated and regenerated. For your information you will receive a mail about every name change.

Is it safe to buy tickets from third parties?

We do not recommend buying tickets from strangers and can only ensure the validity of tickets purchased directly from Beatstuff.

Is payment via PayPal possible?

Payment via PayPal is possible in principle, but please note that we will charge you the PayPal fees incurred. These are calculated from the total amount of your order, so the higher the invoice amount, the higher the fees charged by PayPal.

Can I return or exchange paid tickets?

No, tickets are generally excluded from return or exchange.
